Raw Press is a health and wellbeing business, with 2 London cold-pressed juice cafes. We are in the process of expanding our footprint to office catering and wholesale, and are seeking a sales team to support this, with 2 positions being hired for. These 2 jobs are as listed below and both pay a starting salary of £21,500 + commission.
- A corporate account manager, dealing with direct-to-consumer catering and cleanse opportunities.
- A wholesale account manager, dealing with retail and distributor opportunities.
The successful candidates will be skilled salespeople and self-starters, enthusiastic about our product and the health industry in general, comfortable with numbers, and of course be great at organisation, personal time management and logistics, such that they can manage lead progression, deliveries and invoicing among a large number of potential and current clients.
You will be reporting directly to the CEO and some initial impetus will be provided in terms of leads and contact details, as well as guidance within the role. There are great opportunities for progression in this fast-growing young company.
CORPORATE CATERING
We are in the process of launching our catering offering in a more formalised way, both through partners (City Pantry / Feedr) and directly via store contacts. We are also intending to Ramp up our direct-to-consumer cleanse offering.
All of our direct-to-consumer channels are supported by lead generation from our cafe store staff, as well as a digital strategy revolving around our web and social media content.
Using a starting contact list provided by Raw Press, we are looking for an account manager to oversee the end-to-end process of lead generation, follow-up, sales and invoicing. This will involve liaising with our stores to manage lead generation and production of food / drinks, approaching corporate clients, developing relationships, bringing samples from our stores, raising and managing invoices, as well as, where able, providing assistance with marketing, both online and offline, to help support these channels. As a secondary responsibility, we would aim to incorporate some oversight and management of our juice cleanse offering.
Depending on interest and ability, the role can also encompass digital content creation, liaising with graphic designers to generate brochures and marketing materials, as well as online advertising to drive traffic to our website, but digital experience is not a pre-requisite for the role, and digital marketing does not necessarily need to be within the scope of responsibilities.
WHOLESALE
We are also about to launch a wholesale range of our juices and subsequently snacks, and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual, preferably with a background in sales, to approach clients, send/bring samples, raise and manage invoicing, as well as potentially assist with product development and logistics, again dependent on interest and experience.
