Communication is key with this role, for deploying any email campaigns you'll be working with multiple client stakeholders, ITG's data team, email developers and a wider deployment team. Your satisfaction will come from coordinating this activity to completion, running successful campaigns. This will be a role you'll grow into, and you'll be fully supported so "Alles onder de Knie hebben" relates to you!
We won't throw anymore Dutch idioms at you, promise! But it does highlight why we're looking for a fluent Dutch speaker. Deploying some email campaigns in Dutch means that you'll need to check through the content, especially after any amendments to ensure that the sentence structure is accurate, we're not asking you to be a copywriter, just a good grasp of Dutch grammar.

Now this first one may come as a surprise, but we'd like you to be fluent in Dutch.
You'll be a customer centric individual, our people go above and beyond for our clients, completing briefs right first time, on time, every time, experience as an Account Manager will put you in good stead for this role.
You can manage your own workload efficiently, you won't be micromanaged at ITG and being able to deliver quality with speed is essential.
You perform well under pressure, this is a fast-paced role where you'll be managing multiple campaigns at any given time. Projects may come to a close simultaneously and you can manage priorities efficiently.
Finally, you'll have experience in a digital marketing environment, where you've worked on email marketing campaigns through an ESP, ideally in an agency environment.
