No Worries is an accounting company based in Wimbledon Village that provides specialist accounting services to contractors living and working in the UK. As the name implies, our client base consists mainly of Kiwis, Australians, and South Africans. We have a bright open-plan office environment, with a hard working friendly team.
A switched on Accounts Manager is needed to join the team at No Worries Company Services Limited. The successful candidate will be proactive, extremely organised and have a can-do attitude. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail is essential. You must be proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. A strong personality to deal with a varied range of tasks with minimum supervision is essential.
While all in-house training will be provided to the successful applicant, previous related accounting experience is highly beneficial.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Monthly reconciliations of client business banking transactions.
- Monitoring and completing client’s annual accounts.
- VAT registration, monitoring and completing clients VAT returns.
- Monitoring and completing client’s personal tax returns.
- Completing the Close Down process for clients finishing up.
- Dealing with potential client enquiries and new business calls.
- Preparing all clients Paye accounts for Paye filing each year.
- Dealing with client tax and accounting queries.
The role is very customer facing. You will have your own client base to support, and you will be required to liaise with clients constantly to answer their questions, and provide proactive advice, while keeping on top of your weekly performance targets. Your attention to customer service must be impeccable. You will be ably supported by Accounts Assistants in the office, and other Account Managers are on hand to provide assistance – our open plan office is very conducive to supporting each other.
Location: London, South West (nearest station, Wimbledon)
Salary/Rate: £24,000 to £26,000, depending on experience.
Hours per week: Usual hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Duration/Status: Initial contract period of 3mths with view to going permanent.
