Overview and Responsibilities:
To support the Account Manager with the setting up of campaigns and activities and the booking of all staff into all the strategic and tactical jobs that we manage. Ensuring that all staff are briefed thoroughly and we achieve 100% coverage across all campaigns by booking the right staff in the right place at the right time to meet the client’s expectations.
- Set up Strategic and Tactical jobs onto JYL Hand To Hand IT systems.
- Book staff onto the system for each activity and ensure that we have 100% coverage across all campaigns.
- Maintain regular contact with field staff to identify their requirements and ensure their availability for all live campaigns.
- Maintain a good relationship with field staff to ensure that the company remains their preferred choice.
- Identify reasons for any issues should they occur and work with the AM to negate in future.
- Adhere to campaign timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure to book the right staff into each job as per the clients requests.
- Ensure you have full knowledge of each campaign and proper equip yourself to deal with all staff queries
- Be the point of contact for the field team to ensure that we cover any last minute vacant positions in the field and any queries the staff have in terms of job details.
- Be prepared to send out daily and/or weekly reports to clients.
- Portray a professional attitude if attending client meetings with the Account Manager.
- Complete site visits on strategic and tactical jobs to familiarise yourself with the requirements of the job.
- Undertake any ad hoc duties that may be requested by the Account Manager.
Essential Skills: The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Telephone experience is desirable.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail
