We are looking for a talented Account Director to lead the development and delivery of our award winning client projects (from corporate and sustainability reports, digital projects, investor and employee engagement activities), managing client relationships, leading the strategic development of accounts, leading new business activities and completing project management tasks (including managing project budgets and schedules).
In this role you will engage with senior stakeholders and have the opportunity to develop an intimate understanding of your client’s strategy and business model as well as a deep understanding of best practice and market trends in financial and non-financial reporting.
As we regularly publish research reports, papers and thought pieces which are widely read by the industry and commented on by both the trade and national press, a key part of this role is to support the development of these documents.
In time you will have the opportunity to travel whilst working with our increasing overseas client base and we will also provide you with the opportunities and platform to develop your career within this growing and highly ambitious organisation.
Are you:
• An academic with a Degree level qualification or above, with strong writing skills?
• A strategic thinker.but also a ‘doer’? We like our team members to be team focused and have a non-hierarchical approach with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude to getting the job done?
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline orientated, client delivery culture?
• Experienced either agency or client-side work within corporate communications or investor relations teams, with specific knowledge about reporting and communications?
• Experienced in delivering annual and/or sustainability reports – including content development?
• Skilled at approaching, engaging and delivering client projects, working with internal and external partners as appropriate?
• A strong communicator and able to build trust and respect both externally and internally?
• Ambitious to self-improve with a great sense of fun?
