ACCOUNT ASSISTANT REQUIRED TO WORK FOR A GROUP OF COMPANIES, WEMBLEY
A full time position is now available to work in a rapidly expanding group of companies.
This role would suit someone who has some previous accounts experience and is accustomed to working in a fast paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Good PC skills
• A good team player
• Excellent command of English with a good telephone manner and good typing speed
• At home in a fast-moving, pressurised environment.
• Efficient and well organised
• Ability to use own initiative
• Capable of working under pressure with a calm approach
• Able to Plan and Prioritise
• Must have the right to work in the U.K
• Living locally preferable
RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Recording of purchase invoices on Navision accounting package
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Preparation of Food costs from till rolls and closing stocks
• Preparation of stock transfer and stock movement journals, along with price monitoring
• Payroll clocking checks against payroll reports
• Preparation of payroll transfer journals
• Preparation of reports for management on weekly basis
• Dealing with suppliers, customers and other related parties on ad hoc basis
• Daily Banking and ad hoc photocopying/filing work
HOURS:
9.00 am – 6.00 pm Monday-Friday (Flexibility required)
SALARY:
Minimum rates per hour
