RECENT ACCOUNTING experience ESSENTIAL
MUST LIVE LOCALLY TO OUR OFFICES COLINDALE NW9
You will be expected to perform the following tasks:
Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries
Process business expense returns
Petty Cash Reconciliation
Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques
Bank and Credit card Reconciliation
Assist accounts department with any adhoc duties
Person Specification
Typical qualities of a successful candidate include:
 Bookkeeping experience
 Great interpersonal and communications skills
 Self-discipline and Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
 Good analytical skills with an eye for the detail
 team worker and Ability to multitask
 The ability to work to monthly deadlines
 An aptitude for IT – knowledge of software packages like Excel, Sage and BACS
