Accommodation Manager at EF Education First

About the role
In this role you will be responsible for the recruitment, retention, allocation and support of host families in London.  The Language Travel programme has students travelling from all over Europe and Asia for periods of 2-4 weeks. The students partake in a full activity and academics programme, whilst staying with local host families.

This is a fixed term position with the role contracted until the end of September with the possibility of a permanent position afterwards.

Responsibilities
Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:

Providing students with quality host family accommodation throughout their stay and following up on students’ feedback.
Recruiting and retention of Host Families, mostly through telecommunication.
Communication and Support of our Host Families throughout the year.
Communication with Sales Offices
Maintenance of related paperwork and database records.

Requirements

Enthusiastic, organised and customer focused.
Highly responsible, approachable and friendly.
Goal orientated with an ability to work in a target driven environment.
Structured, organized and detailed oriented.
Telemarketing skills
Complete fluency in English
Driving License an advantage
