Hosts International is probably the UK's largest and highest quality host family accommodation provider based in Central London two minutes from Oxford Circus. We spend all our days placing overseas students and groups for top colleges and universities into homestay accommodation and into our own high quality house-shares in parts of London which are convenient to both our clients and their students.
We are seeking two new dynamic Accommodation Booking Officers for the Greater London area who will have a degree-level marketing background (desirable) and will use it along with his or her ability to place people in the correct homestay and perfectly matched placement; to seek out new customers of the highest calibre and to increase the spending power of all our existing and old clients. The dynamic chosen two will progress to product managers on demonstrating their capabilities to be dynamic as placement officers.
The candidates will join a dedicated team of professionals who all have specialist skills as well as the day-to-day ability to satisfy the daily operation of the company which is to book and care for international students.
You must be conversant with most IT packages and be able to grasp our dedicated and bespoke student management system.
You must be extremely organised, have exceptional people skills and extremely good use of the English language (both written and verbal) together with an excellent telephone manner. You will be a natural hard worker, be committed to quality and career and possess attention to detail.
The daily tasks will include handling day to day placements, administration of students, agents, universities and colleges who entrust their clients to our care.
