We are looking for a motivated individual to join this growing distributor as a 3.5t Van Driver in London. As a 3.5t Driver you will be working as part of a team and on your own initiative in a new branch opening soon.The Company Our client is a respected Specialist Distributor of Insulation and operates from four sites that cover the Structural and Technical Insulation markets.The company's biggest asset is its people! Fundamental to future growth is a commitment to product and personal development training for existing and new members of staff across all business disciplines.The Role of DriverAs a 3.5t Van Driver the main duties will be driving a 3.5t van for multi drops in and around London and the South East. Candidates must have excellent knowledge of the area and you will have similar experience as a multi-drop Driver, ideally for a distributor within the H and V sector. Other duties will include helping to pick and load the van, serving customers, housekeeping with a strong emphasis on health and safety.The Person For the role of 3.5t Driver you must possess a can do attitude to customer service. A friendly, polite manner is required as this is a very key customer facing role. Hours and Salary The start and finish times may vary on a day to day basis, so candidates need to be prepared to have flexible attitude to this and it can change on a daily basis.
