An exceptional opportunity for a Head Chef position in a stunning location in Berkshire. My client is looking for an extremely vibrant, creative, dynamic Head Chef for their operation. Currently the restaurant and kitchens are being refurbished and will open in the Spring.
The HC will need to build a new team, create the menu for the new Brasserie, create Modern British Cuisine, use fresh seasonal ingredients, be good with all financials, and able to operate many different areas of the Hotel and the challenges this will bring.
Expect an enormous amount of press around the opening, so fabulous personality is also key, as well as being an exceptional Chef.
