Main Duties:
To monitor and analyse all activities that could have business impart in any form across the EMEA region, Alarm Monitoring, CCTV, Access Control, Emergencies etc; in accordance with the Assignment Instructions/Global security Policies and operate in compliance with all Client requirements.
To manage the day-to-day security control room at a busy fast paced site and supporting the security team in areas of strategic projects, emergency, responding to alarms, CCTV Monitoring, adhering to all Citi policies and procedures. A good knowledge of CCTV, security systems and legislation would be considered a must.
Understanding of CCTV ICO - Code of Practice 2008 will be an advantage.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of capability, a history of good timekeeping and attendance and have an immaculate appearance. Team working and problem solving are also key attributes.
• SIA license.
• Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills.
• Good PC skills to include Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Email
• Excellent customer service
Ex-service personnel with previous knowledge in dealing with crisis management is preferable.
