3rd Line Engineer Job in London

Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, energetic and driven 3rd Line Engineer looking to further expand their technical knowledge and learn new skills. The role will involve working on the Service Desk dealing with mainly 2nd to 3rd line tasks, providing IT support to Priority One’s expanding client base alongside our team of highly experienced engineers. There will also be opportunity to gain additional qualifications/certifications for long-term career progression.

Reporting to: Operations Manager
Working hours: Shift Rota of either 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 9:30am-6:30pm.
Location: Head Office, 58 Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1 0AS.
Main Responsibilities

Working on the Service Desk dealing with 2nd and 3rd line issues.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks for existing systems.
Covering on-call support duties on rotation.

Key Skills

Minimum of four years’ experience in a commercial IT support role.
2Nd/3rd line support experience in a 50 + environment.
Outsourced IT support experience advantageous.

Technical Knowledge

Windows 7,8 and 10
Advanced Active Directory 2012-2021
Advanced Windows 2012-2021
Advanced Exchange 2013-2021
Basic VMWare ESXi
Meraki Firewall

Desirable

Apple Mac
Cisco ASA

Qualifications

Minimum level of Microsoft Certified Professional.
Other industry certifications advantageous.
