El Camion is a highly respected and very successful Mexican restaurant and late night bar situated in the heart of Soho.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team and help with the on-going development of our food offering. Previous exposure to, and love of, Mexican food is essential.
The successful candidate will have previously held a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef position and will be able to manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
We are looking for a high level of energy, a can-do attitude, calmness under pressure, great teamwork and excellent leadership and man-management qualities.
A good command of English and first rate communication skills are essential.
