Megan's is an expanding group of 3 all-day neighbourhood cafés and restaurants with a Mediterranean influence in South West London. Our service style is professional, but relaxed and we are dog friendly. In the morning we serve your classic Eggs Benedict, Avocado on Toast and London’s best baked eggs. All washed down with freshly made smoothies, juices and sexy coffees. Over lunch we have chef made salads, quiches and grilled meats/fish (think Ottolenghi, Baker and Spice). Come the evening we serve funky kebabs, Grilled meats, Healthy Bowls and stone baked pizzas.
We pride ourselves on great food and service. We recently got 4 stars in an anonymous Time Out review and we were voted London’s top Coconut Cappuccino by the Evening Standard.  If you want a Michelin star look elsewhere; if you want amazing relaxed service and great home cooked food to share with your friends and family read on.

We are currently recruiting for new members of the management team. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor who can competently run a busy service on their own, with a passion for good wine, great food, great coffee and top notch relaxed yet professional service. If you don't eat out yourself this is probably not the role for you.
The potential candidate would have;

Minimum 2 years’ experience of busy all-day restaurants/cafés (we have a busy daytime takeaway trade as well as the full restaurant offer).
experience running a restaurant/café and leading shifts on their own. We regularly do 500 covers on a Saturday brunch, so you need to be high volume.
Leadership qualities and the ability to make decisions, plan and be proactive.
experience in training and developing your teamhers.
experience in back office hospitality e.g. Rota’s, cashing up, ordering.
Hardworking, motivated, efficient, fast, hands on, personable, thorough with attention to detail and a thirst for perfection.
Able to work evenings and weekends.

Benefits we offer:

GM Salary - £54k (£35k basic + upto £19k OT Bonus)
AM Salary – £38k (£30k basic + upto £8k OT Bonus)
Supervisor – £29k (£25k + upto £4k OT Bonus)
