We're a small team of outsourced IT support techs supporting small to medium sized businesses in London and New York.
We support a huge range of technologies and building experience in these technologies for interns is a key aim for us.
The successful candidate will be assisting the current help desk with duties such as:
- Receiving calls from clients
- Logging calls in our systems
- Assisting in solving cases
- Setting up new users
As you'll be dealing with clients directly it's imperative you have the following.
- Excellent spoken and written english
- A patient and friendly telephone manner
- Be able to work as part of a team or by yourself
- An eagerness to learn
- A genuine interest in technology
All training will be provided and no previous experience is necessary. This internship suits a school Leaver keen to enter the technology sector.
Although this is an unpaid internship, all travel to and from our office will be covered by us.
There will be the possibility of a full time job at the end of the internship. This is by no means guaranteed but as we're constantly looking for new talent, as an intern you'll be in prime position should one become available.
The internship will last for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. A part time internship will be considered.
