Small, South London-based, exceptionally high quality. Building company requires subcontractor 1st fix carpenter / bricklayer / handyman for immediate start on a 4 month job in BR3.  Responsibilities to include :
- Stud walls
- Blockwork walls
- Windows and FS doors
- Timber flat roof
- Ceilings, dabbed pboard
- Grp
Payment can be day-rate or price
Full on-the-job training can be provided in other building trades if necessary.
Subcontractor MUST :
- Be honest, reliable, clean and tidy
- Be able to work on own initiative to a high quality from written or spoken plans.
- Speak fluent English
