Private Chef/Housekeeper/Driver
Duties:
Cooking pasta, risotto, fish, meat, baking and desserts (the family love Italian food
High standard of cleaning, laundry and ironing
Table service and drinks service
Driver, mainly around London and to and from the property in the country side
Wardrobe management and packing, dealing with suitcases
Dealing with contractors and vendors
Answering the door, dealing with guests and answering the phone
Notes/Requirements:
Previous experience with VIP families is a bonus
Villa composed of 4 rooms + bathrooms, lounges, gym and verandas and a London town house
Sometimes only 1 of the couple is sent to the country side to prepare the house so it is important that they can work separately for 1-2 days

Working hours: 5-6 days per week, 10 hours per day - flexibility required (always Mondays off)
