Bioanalytical sales business development
Granite Bay Recruiters is seeking an experienced Bioanalytical Sales / Account Manager who will be responsible for identifying new contact leads in Europe for our Client's potential services, and who can assist in the development and execution of marketing plans. The position requires independent judgment and understanding of corporate goals and policies, while performing both routine and complex tasks accurately and efficiently.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for writing basic clinical and bioanalytical proposals, communicating with clients, internal Project Directors and other duties required to generate new business.
• Coordinates and attends trade shows including making exhibition arrangements and hospitality suite arrangements. Ensures that trade show activities run smoothly and are within budget.
• Helps maintain client database and arranges mailings of marketing materials.
• Makes own travel plans as needed to pursue new business and maintain client relationships. Complies with Company travel policies.
• Provides feedback from the field on new business ideas (e.g., new methods for bioanalytical).
• Identify new contact leads for potential clinical, bioanalytical and in vitro metabolism business.
• Follows Company's safety guidelines
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Familiarity with the operations of all corporate divisions and their marketing needs, normally acquired after three months of on-the-job exposure to Company operations.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients, superiors, peers, other employees, vendors and service providers.
• Ability to research vendors and service providers and make decisions in line with company goals and policies.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines on special projects with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of English grammar, composition and style sufficient to write and proof materials that will represent Company to potential clients.
