Wanted: Contracts Manager (M&E) - SW London/Surrey
Red River's client is an established, multi-disciplinary consultancy providing specialist professional engineering services within the industrial, power, energy, engineering and building services sectors.
The company is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with either a Mechanical or Electrical background and significant experience working within the Building Services industry. Based at the company's offices in Surrey, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of contracts in a variety of locations around the world, occasionally travelling to work at customer sites for short periods.
Qualifications, skills & experience required:
* BSc or above and CEng MIMechE/MCIBSE preferred but we will also consider candidates with BSc who are working towards CEng. Exceptional candidates with HND/HNC will be considered.
* Strong mechanical or electrical background gained withing a building services environment.
* Excellent project/contract management skills/experience are essential.
* Good customer liaison skills combined with excellent English language skills (both written and verbal).
Salary: Fully negotiable depending on experience + attractive benefits package
