As a General Manager for this high quality, contemporary restaurant you will be responsible for leading the management team in establishing and delivering the offer. Who we're looking for
· A General Manager who has experience within a high-volume, fresh food branded restaurant.
· An individual who is not prepared to compromise on the customer's dining experience and will go out of their way to achieve this.
· A General Manager who is not afraid of hard work and has a flexible and imaginative approach to all management duties.
· A manager who fully grasps the financial side of running a restaurant with a clear understanding of the P&L;, driving profitability through increased sales and cost management.
· A self-motivated and tenacious individual who places importance on high standards of both product and delivery.
· A strong hands-on leader who is dedicated to consistently develop and challenge a large team to achieve unbelievable results.
· A General Manager who understands how to successfully drive sales and build the business through cost effective local marketing.
