The Opportunity
As an assistant manager, you will be responsible for assisting the restaurant manager in running this busy, vibrant restaurant on a day to day basis, a large emphasis being placed on ensuring both product quality and customer satisfaction. The assistant manager is responsible for developing and implementing the strategies to increase the restaurant's business ensuring the continued growth in profits and improvement of our exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and directing a team to deliver a high quality of service that adheres to and lives up to the reputation of this restaurant. Who we're looking for
· The successful candidate will have the determination as well as the ability to manage a team through coaching, developing and motivating others.
· You will have previous supervisory experience within a similar restaurant.
· You will be a passionate, energetic and ambitious individual who is very customer focused and results driven.
· A receptive learner as well as an outgoing communicator with the ability to successfully adopt different roles required with the business.
· Honest and trustworthy.
