Live-in waiting hotel assistant

We are looking for a living-in couple to assist us at Howard's House Hotel for at least 6 months (this could well be extended indefinitely).
Set in the heart of rural Wiltshire, in a beautiful village only 10 miles from Salisbury we are a small hotel, only 9 rooms, with an excellent restaurant.
We are looking for a well presented couple with a good attitude to work to augment our small but passionate team. Good English is essential, a little experience is preferred, but a good personality is more important. Our clientelle is high powered, used to the good things in life - good food, good wine, etc - which we deliver. The job is centred on our highly regarded restaurant, but assistance is also expected in other areas, reception, housekeeping, etc.
Accommodation is provided in a staff cottage only a couple of minutes away, staff meals are provded at the hotel. There is a 5 day working week with rotas sympathetically organised.
