Restaurant floor manager and head bartender for new fine din

We are recruiting for the following front of house positions for a new high class restaurant/lounge in Baker Street W1.
Restaurant Manager/Floor Manager – Young (24-45), energetic, with passion for fine customer service. You will supervise the day to day operations of the restaurant. Your main responsibilities will include
Highest quality of customer service
Leading the team with motivation, training and supervision
Managing bookings and increasing sales
Coordinate large bookings and special events
Head Bartender - Enthusiatic and enegetic bartender to manage the bar, should be able to work on the floor as well.
Both the above listed jobs are Full Time, you must be legally able to work in the UK.
You must be enthusiastic, polite, well presented with a good command of English Language.
