Exiting chef de partie jobs available

Full time chef de partie/second chef required for great gastro pub, brasserie based on Putney bridge road close to the all major transport links. Growing team already building good local trade, wish to find a team player wanting to be involved in pushing the great food offering further forward to new even higher levels of quality and standard, using fresh, quality seasonal ingredients and produce. Daily and weekly changing dishes, all made in house, previous kitchen work and experience a must. The position is for 8 shifts over 5 days. Full time chef de partie required to work in Clapham on the high street. We are looking for a chef who wants to work in our busy gastro pub and also our acclaimed fine dining restaurant with the head Chef. The role would suit someone who is a competent cook but is looking to learn even more culinary skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and have a good attention to detail. Progression within expanding business to the right candidate, the position is for 8 shifts over 4-5 days.
