The Crown gastro pub now have a vacancy for a Sous Chef.
The Crown is based in Bow, East London and we are currently looking for a chef who understands gastro pub food and can contribute ideas to the menu.
The role would suit an ambitious and talented chef who ideally has experience in Gastro Pubs,though this is not esential and who is looking to further their career.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 years experience using fresh food, possess excellent communication skills and have a professional approach to the job.
They must also have a good understanding of classical European and British seasonal food
Working an average 45 hours per week, we offer great training facilities and excellent career prospects to move to a Head Chef's role in the future.
