Job Title: Sous Chef - City Group Mon-Fri
Salary Package: up to GBP22k plus tips and bonuses dependent on targets hit

The Role:
* Directly reporting to the Head Chef at your venue
* Producing high quality food to company specifications
* Communicating with all staff to ensure the smooth running of the production plan
* Duties include observing all hygiene and safety rules within the Kitchen area, assisting with the training of Commis Chefs or Catering Assistants within the kitchen and overseeing all units
* Performing any other duties as directed by the Head Chef on occasions, as and when they arise
The Person:
* A good all rounder with good communication skills, a team player with a 'can do' attitude
* An ability to work under pressure and make decisions
* Practices and a good track record of controlling processes in a high volume operation of a busy sandwich prep kitchen.
* Good Interpersonal skills and IT skills and a passion for food are essential
* Ability to follow instruction and meet delivery schedules in conjunction with packing room
* Good knowledge of food production, Haccap procedures
* You will have a solid/stable career history background for this role
