Job Details
My client school is well managed, oversubscribed, and inclusive 11-18 inner-city girls' school in Bow, London. The Science department has recently gone through some staffing changes with promotions and are now looking to recruit a new team member to start ASAP and teach through to the end of the academic year. You will need to have previous experience teaching KS3 and KS4 general Science during either teacher training or through professional practice. The school has an excellent reputation both locally and nationally. This is a bright inspiring teaching and learning environment where you will be made to feel welcome and given support where needed. The DfES has designated it as a High Performing School and in March 2006 Ofsted categorised the school as 'good', praising them for inclusion and academic progress, especially in the Sixth Form. During 2005-06 they have experienced record examination results, surpassing the national average.
Candidate Requirements
* To be successful you must hold a Teaching Qualification
* Must have a current police clearance.
