The successful applicant will be responsible for all administration duties surrounding the London Bridge team, including;
* Welcoming and greeting candidates
* Answering the Phone and taking messages-helping candidates with general enquiries
* Ordering stationery internally for the team
* Looking after the Office's maintenance-Meter readings/Photocopier meter/Air conditioning etc.
* Scanning candidate documents onto the system, checking passport validity
* Processing candidate registrations and passing them onto consultants
* Adding candidates to the database
* CV writing
* Sending out mailshots to candidates and clients
* Franking/Sending out postYou may also be required to perform other duties on an ad-hoc basis.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a high standard of written English, a keen eye for detail and an ability to prioritise their workload under pressure. You will need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and be capable of picking up new IT systems quickly.
