Office Manager/PA - GBP22K pa
Mergers & Acquisitions firm in Victoria, London require a self motivated, flexible and efficient Office Manager/PA to run the UK office.
Candidates must:
- Have strong administration and computer skills
- Be articulate with strong communication skills
- Must have excellent spoken and written English
- Some sales experience would be helpful although not essential
- Be capable to work on own initiative and motivate staff
- Be highly organised
The role involves:
- Dealing with day to day administration duties (filing, ordering stationary etc)
- Liaising with the Chief Executive and Chairman and keeping them up to date with the day to day office activities
- Keeping a strict record of all correspondence and phone calls
- Ensuring that the computers are backed up
- Dealing with invoices and bank transfers
- Diary management
- Booking flights and hotels
