Administrator language courses
InTuition Languages is a small friendly office organising one to one English language courses across the UK. British Council accredited, it has been nominated by the industry as the best English language centre for two years running.
Working out of our office in the Shoreditch area you must have excellent administrative and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure. An background in English Language teaching would be an advantage but not essential.
Course Booking Administrator responsibilities:
· You will be dealing with the course bookings and administration involved in coordinating courses for students
· General administrative duties including confirming language courses, dealing with enquiries, raising invoicing, updating database, organising airport transfers, liasing with host tutors and students.
· Placing students with appropriate host tutors.
Course Administrator skills required:
· It is ESSENTIAL that you must have excellent administrative and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
· You must be well organised, able to work in a busy team and pay great attention to detail
· You must have a clear and confident telephone manner with excellent written and spoken English
Course Administrator Additional information:
· This role is starting ASAP and the hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm, 4 weeks holidays (not to be taken June, July, August)
· You will be required to participate in the Emergency Hours telephone cover at weekends – once trained.
· Salary is up to GBP22 000 p.a. depending on experience.
