1. Assisting the General Manager in operation of a high quality unit
2. Helping in all front and back of house systems
3. Working in this restaurant-led gastro environment!
4. Being hands on wherever possible with all parts of the business
5. Assisting in developing and motivating a large team of staff
6. Liase with operations team of build sales and develop the business
