With excellent organisational skills and good wine, food and whisky knowledge.
The successful candidate will be looking after the waiting team in one section of the business, monitoring all aspects of the customers' experience - from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the service they receive at this famous Scottish restaurant and jazz club near Victoria.
The successful candidate will have the relevant experience commensurate with the position and will be rewarded with a generous salary package and inclusion on the tip sharing scheme.
