FULL TIME CHEF DE PARTIE/SOUS CHEF OPPORTUNITY AT THE VINTRY IN CITY OF LONDON
The Vintry is a popular, busy Gastro pub in the heart of the City of London, close to Bank tube station. We now have an exciting opportunity for a full time Chef de Partie or Sous Chef for our Starter section, within our theatre kitchen.
We are looking for individuals with a genuine desire to be part of a successful team, with an interest in quality fresh food. Experience of working in a high quality, food led environment would be beneficial to your application.
Applicants should be well presented, organised and able to work under pressure during busy lunch time periods.
Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, duties will involve preparation and service of the starter and salad section.
You will work 40 to 45 hour a week over 5 days, including some evenings.
Pay will be competitive and negotiable in accordance with your current skill and experience levels.
Evidence of your right to work in the UK will be required.
