This fabulous 5* hotel in Hertfordshire has an opportunity for a talented and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join this all day restaurant serving homely comfort food in simple yet stylish surroundings – a modern brasserie style restaurant offering modern British Cusine!
The ideal candidate will be a creative Junior Sous Chef or ambitious Chef de Partie, ready for his/her next step up. You will have had previous fine dining experience and has worked in large brigades of chefs, consistently food to the highest standards at all times.
Flair and excellent attention to detail is required.
You will be able to work under pressure and have exceptional organizational, leadership and management skills, not to mention be a fabulous chef.
Leading by example, you will be able to train and develop junior staff and assist the Sous Chef to ensure the smooth running of a busy kitchen.
It is preferable to have had excellent restaurant or hotel experience and would suit a candidate who lived locally, however there is live in live-in accommodation available.
