Sous commis chef
Experienced Sous & Commis Chefs required for busy well known Gastro Pub in South Croydon.
You should have experience in using fresh ingredients, be able to work under pressure in a small team, be presentable as you will be working in an open kitchen but mostly have a passion for food and aspire to be the best.
You will be working with a very demanding Head Chef who is tough but open to any ideas you may bring.
Salary Sous Chef GBP20k pa Commis GBP6.50-GBP7 per hr.
