Chef de Parties & Pastry Chefs needed for ongoing casual work at Gourmet First Class Airline Caterer
We are a chef recruitment agency recruiting chefs to work in ongoing casual contracts for a first class gourmet airline caterer in the Heathrow area.
The caterer produces everything from the first class gourmet meals at rosette level
(or equivalent) restaurant standards to quality sandwiches and canapé, to the boutique departure lounge catering.
Chef de Parties
Chef de parties will report directly into the Sous chef, working in both hot and cold kitchens producing fresh, quality, high volume food.
You ideally have a strong rosette level or high end event catering experience and are able to work on all sections within the kitchen (not including pastry) to a high standard.
You will be working on a shift basis, although flexibility will be requires as this may change to meet staffing and work load requirements.
Shift patterns: 7am-4pm, 12pm-9pm and 9pm-7am
Pastry Chefs
Pastry Chefs will be working in our pastry kitchen producing high quality pastries, canapés and desserts.
Shift pattern: 7am-4pm
The work will be paid weekly and on an hourly rate.
