We are looking for a friendly individual with some financial/fee/payment administration experience to join this organisation as a Payment/Fee Administrator. Working for the UK's largest education services company, you will sit in the Operations team and oversee the fee and expense processing process for all contract staff, managing at team of temporary staff at busy times.
The role is based in Holborn and offers very good benefits and excellent career development opportunity.
Duties will include:-
Providing timely service and resolving queries
Contributing ideas to improve process and systems
Processing all contractor fees and claims
Recruiting and overseeing temporary team
This role is perfect for someone who has strong coordination/administration experience coupled with a strong desire to work in the educational sector. You will need to have first rate communication skills and be highly organised as a large part of the role will involve speaking with internal and external contractor and employees.
