A Global Telecommunication Company is seeking two enthusiastic, experienced Provisioning Officers to join their dynamic team. One candidate will handle landline and the other mobile.
The position will entail varied responsibility within a stable environment. You will be required to assist in all areas of provisioning such as creating/setting up new accounts, provisioning new orders and conversions, fault reporting and management, etc.
Some other areas of responsibility will include:
* Provide support and troubleshooting with Field Operations and end user.
* assist with diagnostics, establishing faults then contacting the relevant departments
* You will be required to liaise with relevant departments and keep them updated on their accounts and any issues relating to the provisioning.
* Obtaining MAC/PAC codes and processing accordingly
Candidates will ideally have a good level of understanding of Telecommunications & an aptitude to learn new skills, with some experience in provisioning.
