Head chef
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced head chef, to run the kitchen department in this busy city wine bar, also servicing a 30 seater Dining room and bar in adjacent Baltic Exchange, and it's banqueting operation. Strong management skills are required to train and develop a team of three chefs, and casual staff, and to ensure standards and profit margins are acheived.The candidate must be aware of all current food and hygiene and health/safety regulations, ensuring all staff follow these.
This is a varied and very challenging role, with food ranging from luxury sandwiches to fine Dining. Speed of service is essential.
