Architecture job with a company based in South East London, looking to pay a salary of GBP35,00 or above for the right person.
This client is a large multi-national organisation with a presence in the UK, United States and the Middle East.
Over the time that they have been in operation they have developed real skill in dealing with specific technical markets, they produce schemes in the medical, education, centres for innovation, government and Institutional.
Projects range from GBP5-GBP150 million in build costs with work being done for the leading educational, research and pharmaceutical bodies in the countries they operate in.
With these projects and of course the company there are a very high level of technical specification and requirements. For example some research centres have huge "clean room" facilities and have to be designed and constructed in a specific way to ensure they are fit for purpose.
· The system that they use is AutoCAD so experience with that system is important.
· Working on projects of a large scale will also be beneficial
· Experience in the laboratories sector would be ideal
· Experience in the Education, Medical or government institutions would be preferable.
· Interest in sustainable design is also going to be of interest to the company as it is a real 'hot topic' for them at present.
