This newly created position for an experienced PA to support three thoughtful and friendly Directors within this fast growing and highly successful boutique Hedge Fund will be offered on a temp to perm basis.
Due to the nature of this role and the sensitivity of the information you will be handling, you will need to combine absolute professionalism with a good sense of humour and you must have a keen eye for detail. Duties will include complex and constantly changing diary management, arranging meetings, coordinating travel itineraries and gate-keeping. In addition to this, you will assist the Finance Director with raising invoices for clients, preparing BACS payments, transferring documentation and producing expense reports. The successful candidate will be able to juggle conflicting demands, plan ahead to anticipate needs and have proven finance experience. It is essential that you are adaptable, proactive and have excellent verbal & written communication skills. You must be available to start immediately.
