This position offers variety and the ability to work on own initiative. Based at the Head Office of this international organisation, the main purpose of the role is to manage the HR administration for 125 employees and offer PA support to the Head of Human Resources.
In addition to offering full PA/administrative assistance, main responsibilities will include new starter inductions, administering new employee benefits and insurance to include co-ordinating health, travel insurance, data entry of payroll details, processing of visas and recruitment of administration staff. The ideal candidate will have worked as PA/HR Administrator in a similar environment. We regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
