Hotel maintenance electrician temp to perm 22,000 per annum

My client, a leading 5* hotel in central London, has an immediate requirement for a Maintenance Electrician to join them on a temporary to permanent contract.
MAIN DUTIES
1. To carry out all electrical repairs arising in the building.
2. Carry out PPM and breakdown repairs in all Power Distribution Systems.
3. Carry out PPM and breakdown repairs in Motor Control Panels and Electronic Drive Systems.
4. Carry out any improvements or new installation in Electrical Power Distribution as required.
5. Carry out preliminary design, select material and originate necessary paper work for approval on work detailed in item 4.
6. Carry out all necessary repairs, improvements and new installation in Telephone and Data Wiring.
7. Develop and maintain all necessary Layout Drawing and Line Diagrams in Telephone and Data Distribution Systems.
8. To be a member of the Hotel fire and emergency party.
9. To attend any training courses the management of the Hotel consider relevant.
10. To assist any contractors as directed by the Engineering Management.
11. To ensure personal compliance with all Health & Safety, Fire and Hygiene rules and regulations.
12. To be a member of the Energy Conservation Team and take all necessary initiative toimplement any proposals.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
· City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent [Essential]
· City and Guilds 2381 16th Edition [Essential]
· Experience of working in a 4 or 5* hotel environment [Essential]
· Good communication skills and high degree of personal presentation [Essential]
