Teacher of design technology permanent position


Resistant Materials
KS3, KS4 and KS5
Start Permanently from September 2008
A secondary school in Middlesex is seeking a qualified teacher of Design Technology. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge, a sound understanding of the National Curriculum and strong classroom management skills.
If you want to work in a school that is in the top 17% of schools for value added and where students achieve good examination outcomes and to work in a school where the students are very well behaved and have positive attitudes to work this school is ideal.
It is a successfull, oversubscribed school with a specialist Technology College Status. The quality of teaching, behavior and attitudes to work were all very highly praised in their recent OFSTED, where they were described as an outstanding school. They seek a confident, well-qualified and enthusiastic person to teach Design Technology.
