My Client requires a Financial Controller to join existing Finance team within a successful Property Development Company.
Duities:
* To oversee production of monthly management accounts.
* Oversee production of year end accounts and Liaison with Auditors.
* Oversee production of monthly Board reporting.
* Oversee reporting on an individual project basis-To all stakeholders.
* Co-manage group cash flow.
* Re-appraisal and maintenance of financial systems.
* Bank Liaison.
* Input into Group financial strategic decisions.
* Aid FD in Investment decision making.
* Input into Project appraisal and Projection production.
Essential Qualifications
Qualified ( ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 5 years post qualified experience.
Knowledge of the property development sector.
Track record of running accounts department in dynamic expanding company environment.

Good motivational & interpersonal skills
Good presentation and Communication skills.
Experience of TAS Books accounting Software
