Telesales Executive – Uncapped OTE
Our client, a large Corporate Events company based in the heart of London Bridge, are looking for driven, motivated Sales people to join their busy, vibrant team.
As our client deal with such high level, prestigious corporate clients, they are looking for a very well spoken individual with an excellent telephone manner and a flair for Sales. Although no previous experience in Sales is necessary, a driven outlook and self motivation are essential.
The key focus of the role is warm sales; calling clients already familiar with the company's products; offering delegate spaces at a variety of different events. The events catered for can range from a corporation's Annual General Meeting to an Awards Ceremony or function.
Duties:
* Sell across the range of SMi products including Conferences and Publishing to high level decision makers from different industry sectors
* Maintain a minimum number of quality telephone calls per day
* Call backs to be recorded in Excel and actioned where the client has requested
* Record accurate client history
* Work to deadlines as set by the Sales Director
* Ensure a full conference brief is obtained from the conference producer concerning the subject matter of the conference
* Ensure a good working knowledge of the Publishing products
* Ensure the highest level of quality and customer care is offered to SMi's potential clients and current customers.
With uncapped OTE earnings, this role will really reward the hard work you can put in to it!
The role will initially be on a temp to perm basis with a 3 month trial period.
