Internal recruitment manager
The Sugarman Group are a specialist, highly professional recruitment consultancy. Via our 4 highly specialist, sector leading business divisions we support the Medical, Education and Social Work professions. Established in 1986 we are a privately owned business located close to Liverpool Street Station in The City of London.
Due to our continued success we now seek to appoint an Internal Recruitment Manager to best support the strong but steady growth of the group. Our successful new colleague will be responsible for supporting the recruitment needs of the group through the searching of job sites, placing of job specifications, name gathering and proactive approaches to potential new joiners. Therefore, the role will be both reactive and proactive – with a strong emphasis on strong relationship building skills.
Our culture is fast paced, dedicated, highly professional and extremely friendly. The role will require working closely with both our Business Leaders and Managing Director.
