Helpdesk/MCSE/MCP/Exchange/Terminal Server/Windows/XP/2003 Server
A Property Investment firm based in London's West End are looking to recruit an experienced Helpdesk Engineer.
You will be providing 1st/2nd Line Support service for the companys internal Windows based IT infrastructure as well as supporting users in European countries.
You will have had a minimum of 2-4 years experience working in a helpdesk environment preferably with a Microsoft qualification (MCSE/MCSA/MCP) to back up your practical skills. Using Exchange 2003/Windows 2000/2003/Active Directory and Terminal Server technologies will play a huge part in your day to day support, but you will also need to have some experience with troubleshooting networks and IP issues. A solid grounding in TCP/IP is essential and a basic knowledge of Group Policy editing would be a major benefit. You will need to be a reliable and a flexible communicator that can prioritise a workload and work well in a small team.
