Cartoon style drawing assignment

In brief the assignment is A drawing to be "flip chart size" landscape to represent several integrated corporate strategies
the cartoon/picture will comprise:
a) four bolders (cornerstones) each with 2 visible faces for writing on management bulletpoints
b) a bus (ringley bus, old style with driver) with words coming out of the top such as "heated debate" "healthy conflict".....
c) roadworks making the road a difficult one (perhaps man with head up through manhole, barriers and other work going on
d) to the left other busses, cartoon style looking like they are running to catch up, perhaps being fixed on the way
e) to the right the road forking with a signpost, the sign to a "great company" being uphill and to a "good company" being straight or downhill
f) and the ringley bus getting a following
g) beneath the picture will be the corporate manta such as
"Run it like a business" and "Run it like you own it"
this is the idea to illustrate in management speak
1 - the 4 cornerstones
2 - getting the right people on the bus
3 - from healthy conflict and rigourous debate the best decisions come forward
